Refund and Returns Policy

We at Arabian Treasure Attar strive to deliver the highest quality attars. Due to the nature of our product, we have a limited return policy.

1. Returns:

• Products can only be returned if received damaged or wrong item.
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing video proof.
• The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned item and verify the condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

3. No Return/Refund on:

• Used/opened bottles
• Fragrance not liked (as fragrance preference is subjective)
