1. Shipping Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Delays may occur during festivals or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping charge of ₹49 for orders below ₹999.

3. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

4. Damaged Orders:

Please record an unboxing video for any damage claims. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery.
